Completed Graduation from Debraj Roy College, Golaghat taking English as the Major Subject and obtained the Post-Graduate Degree from Dibrugarh University taking Linguistic as the Specialization Paper. Also participated in the International Seminar held in Sibsagar College and presented a paper on the Title: A study of the mental frustrations and the feelings of isolation in Momaday's novel House made of Dawn.
